"So far, a easy wine subscription"
I’ve only been subscribed for a few months, so I can’t say how it holds up long-term, but my experience so far has been good. The wines have shown up on time, and I’ve liked most of the bottles they picked. I also tried skipping a shipment once, and it was surprisingly simple

"Solid recommendations that make sense"
I’ve had good luck with their wine recommendations so far. They usually point me toward something that actually fits what I’m looking for, which is really all you want when you’re picking a bottle.

"Mostly right, just one mix-up"
My order was mostly correct, but one of the bottles wasn’t the one I’d picked. It wasn’t a huge problem, but maybe it’s just me, it was a little frustrating because I was trying to finish a set.

The shipping was fine and everything else in the box looked good. Support did get it sorted out after a couple emails, so I appreciated that, but I do wish the packing had been double-checked before it went out.

"A little disappointed with the shipping"
The wine arrived in good condition, so no complaints there, but I was a bit disappointed with how long the shipping took. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just slower than I’m used to compared to other orders I’ve placed.

"The tasting notes are helpful, even if I felt a bit overlooked"
The tasting notes do make picking a wine a lot easier for me. I just wish the overall experience felt a little more attentive, because at times I felt kind of ignored.

"Packed super well :)"
I ordered a few bottles and was a little nervous about how they’d handle shipping, but everything arrived perfectly safe! The box was nice and sturdy, and each bottle was secured really well. No leaks, no broken glass, nothing messy at all. Super happy with how carefully everything was packed :)

"I hopped on the site looking for..."
I hopped on the site looking for a specific wine and found it way faster than I expected, which was nice because I didn’t feel like digging around forever. Checkout was simple too, just kind of clicked through and got it done without any hassle.

"Really enjoyed the wine"
I actually really liked the wine. It tasted smooth, and that’s the main thing for me. No weird aftertaste either, which I always notice right away. Just good quality overall, I’d definitely have it again.

"Great wine selection, dangerously easy to browse"
They’ve got a really solid range of wines, including stuff I don’t run into everywhere, which is both great and terrible for my self-control. I’ve found small producers, older bottles, and plenty of easy everyday picks too. The site is simple to browse, and the tasting notes are actually helpful without reading like they were written by someone trying to win a poetry contest.

"Good wines, but the pricing issue is frustrating"
I’ve found a few solid bottles here, so I can’t complain about the wine itself. The problem is the pricing. Some deals look good at first, but once you compare them to local shops, and then add shipping, they’re not always a bargain. If there’s a sale, it can be worth it, but otherwise the value feels average. I’d really like to see more consistent pricing or better shipping options, because this is the kind of thing that would make me think twice before ordering again.

"So, delivery can be hit or miss"
So, the delivery timing has been a little inconsistent. Sometimes it shows up late, but the bottles have always arrived in good shape

"Support really came through"
I had an issue and reached out to support, not really sure how long it would take or if it would be one of those back-and-forth things, you know? But they actually fixed it quickly, which was a relief. i was already thinking about what else I’d have to try, and then it was just handled. Really appreciated the help.

"Refund was sooo easy"
I ended up with one bad bottle, but Wine Access refunded me really quickly and didn’t make it a whole thing. Super easy, honestly.
